Maurice Jordan remained relatively unknown for years while he was steadily honing his skills and perfecting his balance. But then in 2014 he tagged #metrogrammed to a clip of him grinding 50-50 thru seven kinks! That 50-50 certainly earned him 15 minutes of fame across the social media world and Interweb. Unfortunately for him, the next time Maurice turned up online with a buzz worthy clip it was of him sacking on a 20 stair and then scraping his face at the bottom. In recent years, though, Maurice has looked to make a name for himself by more traditional means on the contest circuit and he is making dramatic gains every year. In 2017 Maurice finished 54th at the Dew Tour Am Qualifiers, but then the following year finished 4th in the Am Street Final—talk about contest progression.
