Country: United States

Julia Krass has smooth and determined style.  She hits rails with ease and confidence, and takes jumps on with no fear.

Krass learned to ski when she was two and a half years old, when her mother would take her to Whaleback Mountain in New Hampshire. She has been competing since she was 8 years old, in just a few short years on the competitive circuit, Krass went on to win a silver in slopestyle and a broze in halfpipe at the 2013 US Junior Nationals. Krass’ road to Sochi picked up speed when she moved to Park City, Utah with fellow skier and future Olympian Maggie Voisin.  Selected as the US Coaches’ discretionary pick, Krass represented Team USA at the 2014 Sochi Games; she placed 11th.

When Krass isn’t on the slopes you can find her at home in New Hampshire attending high school, where she is Co-Captain of Hanover High School’s soccer team.
