Born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts, Manny earned the nickname “Manny Slays All” from his reckless approach to skating. He rose up through the amateur ranks, winning the 2006 Damn AMm in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and then placed second in the 2009 Zoo York AM Getting Paid contest in Montreal, Canada. He beat out top pros at a Crossroads Best trick contest, and turned pro shortly after. No stranger to Dew Tour, Manny took home the Rookie of the Year at Dew Tour 2011.

As soon as Manny found success in skateboarding, he turned around and started giving back. In 2011 he organized the first “Prince of Puerto Rico” contest in his native homeland, and he hasn’t slowed down since.
