Wavves Concert Closes Out Dew Tour Championships in Las Vegas, Oct. 17

Wavves, the noise pop, lo-fi band who gained notoriety after their self-titled debut album drew the attention of the music industry back in ’08, will close out the Dew Tour Championships in Las Vegas with a performance on Sunday, Oct. 17. Right after the year-end Dew Cup awards ceremony, Wavves will take over the stage at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s famous Joint at 10 p.m.

After founding member Nathan Williams recorded Wavves’ first two albums on his laptop behind his parents’ home in San Diego, the band quickly garnered attention in the indie rock community with rave reviews from Spin and Pitchfork.
