Just before getting on the lift together, Matt and Jeff were in the lift-line with Mikkel Bang, Mason Aguirre, Shaun White, and Scotty Lago. Whoa. They were taken aback by seeing such huge pros mixed into the crowd at the same lift they ride every day. “It’s kind of surreal to see them shredding in real life,” they said. “We saw them hanging out by the Slopestyle course earlier and we gave Shaun White a high five, like, ‘What’s good, Bud?!?’ They kill it for sure,” they continued. “They’re all up in the biz!”
What’s up for the rest of the weekend guys? “We’ll probably grab a beer, have dinner at Big Wave, and watch the comp.”
