Ryan Nyquist is Selling The Unit

Ryan Nyquist has officially decided to sell his massive indoor BMX park, The Unit. Considering Nyquist has been based out of NorCal for the past four years, it only seems logical to sell his park in Greensville, North Carolina, but Nyquist said it was a very tough decision considering how many great memories the park has housed for him over the years, as well as serving as a place for some of his best friends to train. The building (with or without the ramps) is on the market for 700K but there is also an option to lease.
