Dew Tour General Information:

The Dew Tour is a free 4-day action sports and lifestyle festival coming to San Francisco October 18-21.  The event features Skateboarding, BMX and FMX competitions with live music and the Dew Tour Experience where fans can get athlete autographs, play games, ride the Skate and BMX fan courses and more all from our Dew Tour partners. The Dew Tour Toyota City Championships will be held at Civic Center Plaza in downtown San Francisco.  The Streetstyle events will take place on Sunday, October 21 on Harrison Street, between Fremont and Spear.

Where is the Dew Tour?

For the first time in its eight year history, the Dew Tour will be hosted in San Francisco, California.  The Dew Tour Toyota City Championships will take place in the heart of San Francisco in Civic Center Plaza.  The event is sure to have a city feel with many of our courses inspired by San Francisco and the skaters and BMX riders that live there.

 

What events/disciplines will be featured?

The following events will be featured at the Dew Tour Toyota City Championships:

BMX Dirt, FMX, Skateboard Street, BMX Street, Dirt Best Trick, Skate Streetstyle and BMX Streetstyle.

What can someone expect to see/ get out of their time in The Dew Tour experience?

The Dew Tour Experience reflects the culture of action sports and the lifestyle of our fans through live partner brand experiences.  The Dew Tour Experience will be FREE for everyone.  Each of our partners will have a booth filled with different elements and products.

 Our Partners include: Mountain Dew, Toyota, Pantech, iON, Paul Mitchell, Mongoose, National Guard, Stride and Dogfunk.com.

Dew Tour Experience elements include: Autograph signings, Skate and BMX Courses, Giveaways, Product displays, Social Media, Scavenger hunts and Contests.  

 

How can someone get to the Dew Tour at Civic Center Plaza?

The best way for Dew Tour fans to get to the event is by using public transportation, including Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (Muni).  Parking will be available, but limited around the venue.  Below is more information on the different ways to get to the Dew Tour Toyota City Championships.

 

The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)

The Bay Area Rapid Transit is the fast, easy, inexpensive way to get around San Francisco.  Take The BART to the Civic Center/UN stop and you arrive right at the Dew Tour.  The BART operates during all Dew Tour hours.

The N Judah Route is local with a sub-way section and a metro streetcar. Inbound to downtown (Civic Center Plaza), Outbound to Ocean Beach.

19 Polk Route is a local bus route.  Inbound to the Fisherman’s Wharf, Outbound to Hunters Point, via Civic Center.

Parking

Bike Parking

There will be a designated section for bike parking within the Dew Tour Toyota City Championships venue.  San Francisco has made their streets very bike-friendly. We encourage our guests to use the complementary bike parking at our venue.  

  • The Monitored Bike Parking will be located at the corner of Polk and Grove St. with the entryway being on the north side of the intersection.
  • Access to this location is easiest if traveling from the west on Grove St. and turning left onto Polk St.

 

How can someone get to the Dew Tour at Harrison Street?

The Streetstyle events will take place on Sunday, October 21 on Harrison Street, between Fremont and Spear. The best way for Dew Tour fans to get to the event is by using public transportation, including Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (Muni).  Parking will be available, but limited around the venue.  Below is more information on the different ways to get to the Dew Tour Toyota City Championships at Harrison Street on October 21.  The Harrison Street Streetstyle course is located between Fremont Street and Spear Street.

 

The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)

The Bay Area Rapid Transit is the fast, easy, inexpensive way to get to San Francisco.  The BART operates during all Dew Tour hours.  The closest BART stop to the Harrison Street venue is Embarcadero Station.  There are four different BART lines that get you to Embarcadero Station.  The lines include: Pittsburgh/ Bay Point to SFIA/Millbrae, Fremont to Daly City, Richmond to Daly City/Millbrae and Dublin/Pleasanton to Daly City.
