Picture This: Kurtis Colamonico

Picture This is an Alli feature designed to give you a peek into the lives of today’s top action sports athletes. For this installment, we sent skater Kurtis Colamonico a random list of things to take pictures of with his camera and here’s what he sent back, complete with his thoughts on each shot:

A picture of the front your house: There’s a picture of the very front of the apartment that I live in.

A room in your house: That’s my front room. Me and my lady just moved in together so we’re just kind of getting our place in Belmont Shores together. It’s really nice.

Something you collect: Those are things I collect. I just like jewelry and I like shiny things.

Your favorite electronic gadget: That’s my iPad. It’s fun to use. I got it for my birthday from my girlfriend. It’s my new little toy.

Picture of your car: That’s my baby right there. It’s a Dodge Charger and I just put an aftermarket paint job that’s two-tone. It’s an ice pearl blue with metallic finish.

A meal that you ate that day: I ate half of it, and then remembered I had to take a picture for you guys. It’s a hamburger and French fries. Home cooked. Keeping it real.

A self-portrait with family: This is my family, the girl on my right is my older sister, and then my little brother and sister. I love those kids.

A picture of your ride: That’s my setup right there. That’s the setup I ride.

Plus any random photo you want: Hammer City is a skate crew up in Long Beach. A bunch of us all grew up together and everybody’s just out here dropping hammers. Having fun with skateboarding.
