Orlando, Fla. - King of Wake series organizer World Sports & Marketing announced today that Pleasurecraft Marine Engine Company (PCM) has been named the official engine of the Air Nautique Wake Games and the WWA Wakeboard National Championships.
“We are thrilled to support the King of Wake events,” said PCM President Chuck Thurman. “The level of competition is phenomenal and we’re proud to be a part of it.”
PCM has been the exclusive provider of Correct Craft’s premium propulsion packages since 1976, the year PCM was founded. Over the years, PCM has been the constant innovator of features and benefits designed specifically to improve water-sports power. Like Correct Craft, PCM is the consistent leader in customer satisfaction.
In addition, PCM will be supporting amateur riders as both the Wake Games and the WWA Nationals feature the PCM Amateur Best Trick Award. This award is a $500 bonus presented to an amateur rider chosen by tournament officials for landing the most impressive trick of the contest.
“The PCM Amateur Best Trick Award is just one of Pleasurecraft’s many efforts to support the sport and its talented athletes,” said World Sports & Marketing Sponsorship Director Sean Dishman. “We are proud of this partnership and cannot wait to start the season with the Wake Games, on April 24-27.”
