Pamela Rosa and Nyjah Huston claim first place at the 2019 Street League in London, UK. Nyjah dominated a high-pressure final featuring the world’s best street skateboarders, the 24-year-old from Laguna Beach, California, took the win in what was also the first official qualifier event for skateboarding’s debut at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. Meanwhile, Brazil’s Pamela won in the women’s event with a .1 point advantage.

In partnership with World Skate, SLS acts as an Olympics qualifier for street skateboarding discipline. Each SLS World Tour stop this season includes a Global Open Qualifier for a chance to collect Olympic ranking points. Dew Tour follows in similar footsteps as it acts as the first Olympic qualifier for street and park skateboarding in the USA.
