Ogden likes to Party…Really
With odd beverage laws and conservative nightlife options Ogden, Utah isn’t exactly a party town. Luckily for the party starved Ogden youth Alli After Dark is in town, and we plan to take this town by storm. We began last night, kicking off the party circuit at The Jibyard, Ogden’s indoor snowboard park, and the partygoers loved it. Almost immediately after opening the Jibyard doors a massive crowd swarmed in, and based on the crowd reaction it looks like Ogden is happy to have us.
By: Nick Lipton – In the past the kick off party has been the most tame of all. Athletes have early Prelims, the town hasn’t yet felt our presence and the word hasn’t spread that Alli After Dark is the best bash in town. The people of Ogden, ironically, broke the stride and came out in force. With three bars, two dance floors and plenty of attractive men and women running around, the kick off party was a hit.
Lurking in the shadowy corners of this party was Todd Richards, filming for one of his many MTV shows, while the host with the most, “Dirty” ran around showing his belly off to anyone willing to look. While these two Dew Tour celebs’ did their thing a dance party bounced all around The Jibyard. Cameras were flashing, girls were hanging from the ceiling spinning, flipping and twisting in scantily clad outfits while Ogden got loose.
Last night proved Ogden wants to party, and we plan on providing plenty of late night action. Alli After Dark will be throwing a party a night for the remainder of the Dew Tour. Tonight’s debauchery will go down at Brewskis, which we hear is Ogden’s top watering hole. If you happen to be in or around Ogden tonight come out with us, we’ve got a free Dashboard Confessional concert and a huge Block Party on 25th Street happening in the evening, and a wild after party at Brewskis.
