Kevin Pearce Ready To Ride Again Tuesday

It’s been almost two years since Kevin Pearce suffered a severe traumatic brain injury while training for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. Since his crash, he’s made a remarkable recovery, which will culminate on Tuesday as he steps back on the snow to ride for the first time since his injury. Pearce has been a staple in the media, as he has gained the support of not only the snowboard community, but the entire country as he has fought to overcome his accident.

The slogan, “I Ride For Kevin” which was created by the Frends Crew, will take a whole new meaning as they get to ride with Kevin for the first time in two years. Recently, after having surgey to correct his vision, Kevin says he’s ready to cruise and just have fun.
