Kazu Kokubo Off Burton, On Capita

The Japanese snowboarding superstar, Kazu Kokubo, has recently split paths from the biggest company in the industry, Burton. Kazu came into this year’s Dew Tour with a new board beneath his bindings, a Capita. Over the holidays the official announcement and welcome to the team video launch making Kazu’s sponsor swap officially public. The six-minute video, “The Outsiders,” is posted below and shows the fist-ever Kazu part on a Capita plus  riding from new teammates Dan Brisse, Scott Stevens, Jess Kimura, Phil Jacques, Dustin Craven, Brandon Cocard and Cale Zima.
