Iconic rapper, Ice Cube, will perform a FREE concert on the Winter Dew Tour's music stage Friday, February 11th at 9pm. The concert will be held on the 200 block of Ogden's Historic 25th Street as part of the Toyota Championship, the third and final stop of the 2010-11 Winter Dew Tour season. The four day event – held February 10-13, 2011 – will feature competitions with the best men and women snowboard and freeski athletes in both slopestyle and superpipe disciplines at Snowbasin Resort in Ogden, Utah.
Known to be one of the most important figures in rap history, Ice Cube began his career with the Notorious West Coast Gangsta Rap Group N.W.A two decades ago. At the height of the group's success, Ice Cube broke away to start his own solo career. His initial release, "Amerikkka’s Most Wanted" sold over a million copies. His sophomore solo effort, “Death Certificate” debuted at #1 on the R&B Album chart, #2 on the Top 200 album chart and went on to sell over two million copies.
