Devin Logan Wins Women’s Freeski Slope Semi-Finals
Devin Logan won with her second-run score of 86.50 after a run with perfect execution on the rail sections and a switch left 5 on the first jump and a left 7 on the last, both with massive amplitude and solid grabs.
After quite a few falls in the first round of the women’s freeski slope semis, the girls turned the heat on for round two and came back with switch 720s and some solid runs at the Toyota Championships.
Devin Logan won with her second-run score of 86.50. Thirteen women competed on the Winter Dew Tour course at Utah’s Snowbasin Resort, but only the top 5 advanced to Sunday’s Finals.
Kaya Turski is ranked first overall in season standings, and is favored to win the first-ever women’s freeski slope Dew Cup, but it all comes down to tomorrow’s Final. She automatically advanced, and did not compete in Semis.
