Bob Burnquist Wins 25th X Games Medal, 5th Big Air Gold

Bob Burnquist continues to break barriers at 36 years of age, and with his fifth gold in Big Air he earned his 25th medal in total – the most in X Games history to be earned by an individual. With stiff competiton in the form of Elliot Sloan, second, and 13-year-old Tom Schaar, third, Burnquist’s continued reign on top is anything but promised. However, with only one more X Games stop for the skaters to air in later this year, in Los Angeles, California, Burnquist is looking unstoppable for 2013. Check out Burquist’s highlights from X Games Big Air in Munich, Germany and the complete results below.
