Alli Party Machine and the Kokomo Club

By: Nick Lipton – Four nights of Alli After Dark activity may have been too much for Ogden, Utah. Some bars ran out of beer, others had record-breaking crowds, and not a bartender in town could keep their eyes open. I believe the saying goes, “You can sleep when you’re dead.” though, so with one night left it was go time at the Kokomo Club.

The Kokomo Club is one interesting watering hole. A live band, drinking games, pool and dancing entertained those not interested in chitchat. Pitchers of beer and cheap well drinks poured out of the bar to keep things going while Sin kept things lively. Sin, the pub manager, was a big hit with Chas Guldemond, but actually everything at the Kokomo Club was a big hit with Chas.

At some point the party moved, but not before Drea, Chas’s fiancé, could snag my camera and take photos of everything in sight. After shooting the staff, a gun show, and a few shots too steamy for Dew Tour I got my camera back. Some folks headed home, some slept in booths, and those uninterested in sleep headed to another bar that may or may not have, promised a good time.

Only tough ladies can claim Kokomo Bartdender status!
