By: Kelli Redes – What do you get when you combine high spirited musicians, amped professional snowboarders and skiers, hundreds of party crazed fans, snowbums, and industry people alike with Alli After Dark? You get last night at Mount Snow's Snowbarn Nightclub. Words can't exactly describe one of the best Dew Tour parties to go down in the history books, but if you missed out I suppose you could recap it with the word: epic.
The night was kicked off by indie rock band, The Constellations. Their set got the night started right getting the crowd moving and jumping, and was followed up by the internationally recognized, Alberta Cross. The beats were just right, and the crowds came out by the hundreds to join the party. The night was not lacking in talent from all over the world, including the likes of hard ripping snowboarders Torstein Horgmo, Jenny Jones, Tim Humphreys, Ian Thorley, Sam Hulbert, Brandon Reis, Halldór Helgason, Kier Dillon, just to name a few.
The night was filled with lots of crazy dancing and fistpumping, 29 year olds not being able to get into the bar without passports, and such a big crowd, that the hundreds of people waiting outside, couldn't get into the maxed capacity bar, no matter how famous or connected they were.
As alcohol flowed and dance moves got let loose, the party was still raging at last call. No one was ready for bed just yet, and a big part of the crowd moved over to the Matterhorn Inn for the after afterparty. As the wee hours of the morning came about, everyone dispersed their own way to house parties and brought the night out in style.
