The Allisports.com Best Trick skate competition will be held Saturday during the Dew Tour’s Wendy’s Invitational on an 11-stair set with a hubba right outside the venue. Ryan Decenzo set the bar high after winning last year with a nollie backside noseblunt on the rail and collecting a $2,500 check for his efforts.

At last year’s event, the kink was cut off the rail behind Portland’s Rose Garden and it was a big success, so once again the kink will be cut off for tomorrow’s event from 3:30-4p.m. Action Zone ticketholders will be given exclusive access to the competition, including the practice right before. The event is immediately following the Skate Park finals.

The field of skaters is stacked with Decenzo coming back as the defending champ, and it will be cool to see what he comes up with this year during the 30-minute jam session. After  landing a kickflip over the kicker to barrier and then turning around and frontside flipping it during yesterday’s skate park prelims, Decenzo shouldn’t have a problem pulling from his bag of tricks on the stair set right outside the loading dock of the Dew Tour venue.

He’ll be up against Tyler Hendley, Jordan Hoffart, Adam Dyet, Robert Lopez Mont, Anthony Shetler, Fabrizio Santos, Jereme Rogers, Sierra Fellers, Chris Troy, Rodolfo Ramos and Austen Seaholm. There’s $3,500 up for grabs, with $2,500 going to the winner. Check back for footage on allisports.com.
