Perkins Leads The Way In Ski Pipe Prelims

The Beast of the East, Killington Resort, didn’t stop these talented skiers from shredding the pipe today for the men’s Ski Superpipe Prelims. New Hampshire’s Tucker Perkins came out on top with a first place score of 85.00. Perkins’ winning run included a double flip 900, right side 900s, left side 1080s and alley oop flatspin 540s. Taylor Seaton finished second and Thomas Krief was third.
 
The top 9 finishers will join prequalified athletes Simon Dumont, Justin Dorey and Kevin Rolland (the top three finishers based off Nike 6.0 Open rankings) in Saturday’s ski superpipe Final – LIVE on NBC from 5pm to 6pm EST.
