My Five is an Alli feature where we ask the same five questions to five different athletes and compile all the crazy answers for your reading pleasure. For this installment, we talked to BMXers Chris Doyle, Seth Klinger, Jeremiah Smith, Ryan Guettler and Craig Mast.
Question 1: What was your favorite TV show as a kid?
Chris Doyle: Seinfeld. Still is. I mean, I love the Office, but I love Seinfeld.
Seth Klinger: Rocko’s Modern Life
Jeremiah Smith: Rocket Power
Ryan Guettler: The Simpsons. In Australia, we don’t really have cable TV or anything like that, so the Simpsons were kind of a big deal. It was on at six o’clock every night.
Craig Mast: Used to be a show called Bluetorch TV on Fox Sports Net with Leanne… Something. Either way, it was a sports show and it was my favorite.
Question 2: What would you do if you had a million dollars?
Chris Doyle: Pay off my wedding. I’m getting married October 30th.
Seth Klinger: Chill on the beach
Jeremiah Smith: Very good question. I have no idea.
Ryan Guettler: Probably buy Dave Mirra’s skatepark and try and switch out the course and turn it into a BMX website so kids could look at it every day.
Craig Mast: I would pay off my mortgage and all my bills and just live comfortably.
Question 3: Would you rather have the power to be invisible or the power to read minds?
Chris Doyle: Read minds. Just women’s in general.
Seth Klinger: Read minds
Jeremiah Smith: Read minds
Ryan Guettler: Read minds
Craig Mast: Definitely the power to read minds. I would read my fiancé’s mind.
Question 4: Who do you have a crush on?
Chris Doyle: My fiancé. Celebrities, Gwen Stefani
Seth Klinger: Blake Lively
Jeremiah Smith: Jessica
Ryan Guettler: Kelsey, my girlfriend
Craig Mast: My fiancé
Question 5: Brakes or no brakes?
Chris Doyle: Back brakes
Seth Klinger: Brakes
Jeremiah Smith: No brakes
Ryan Guettler: Brakes, of course. If I took my brakes off, I’d die every second.
