Dave Mirra Released From Hospital

Dave Mirra has just been released from the hospital after undergoing treatment for bacterial meningitis. The BMX legend was hospitalized over the weekend and began taking a round of antibiotics to fend off the infection.

In a recent post on his Facebook page, Mirra thanks fans for the outpouring of support and offers the following update:

“I’ve heard from so many great fans today and I just wanted to say thank you for prays. I will be going home today with some strict meds tonight so I will keep you in the loop on the progress. Thanks again.”
