In 2005, he successfully defended the title as National Street Champion and added World Street Champion to his long list of accomplishments. That same year, Ryan not only took the overall title in skateboard park at the Dew Tour but he also earned the title "Athlete of the Year" by accumulating the most points of any athlete in all disciplines on the tour.
